Senmiao Group Co., Ltd. was established in 2011, registered in the beautiful city of Dezhou, Shandong, with a registered capital of 12 million yuan. In 2019, it was renamed from Dezhou Senmiao Air Conditioning and Ventilation Equipment Co., Ltd. to Senmiao Group Co., Ltd. Under the leadership of the group's legal representative Comrade Tian Zhipeng, and after several years of group development, Senmiao Group Co., Ltd. now owns five wholly-owned subsidiaries and one branch company, becoming a multi-industry, group-based, comprehensive modern enterprise involved in construction materials, education, technology agriculture, and other industries.

Since its establishment, Senmiao Group Co., Ltd. has mainly engaged in the design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of building fire automatic alarm systems, automatic sprinkler extinguishing systems, hydrant systems, gas extinguishing systems, high (medium, low) expansion foam extinguishing systems, smoke prevention and exhaust systems, fire prevention, anti-theft, and explosion-proof systems. The company holds a Level 3 professional contracting qualification for building electromechanical installation engineering and can undertake various fire protection and security system design, construction, installation, maintenance, and inspection services.

With social development, the company has gradually expanded its business scope and currently has a team of technical and design experts with more than ten years of experience in fire protection, as well as several skilled and strong fire protection construction teams. The group has offices, finance department, design department, technical department, quality inspection department, safety supervision department, archives room, and engineering maintenance center. Over the past eight years, it has undertaken hundreds of engineering projects with a 100% pass rate, earning the trust, support, and praise of many customers. The group currently employs nearly a thousand staff, including nearly a hundred senior and intermediate professional technicians; it owns over a thousand sets of construction machinery and precision testing instruments, and the group's total annual assets have reached over 100 million yuan.

In terms of management, the company passed the ISO9001:2015 international quality management system certification, GB/T28001-2011 occupational health and safety management system, and ISO14001:2015 environmental management system certification at the beginning of this century. It has established a complete quality management and assurance system, with all work strictly implemented according to standard requirements. It has formulated rules and regulations covering all stages from design to construction, commissioning, and maintenance, and established responsibility systems for engineering technical archives, personnel files, drawings, materials, contracts, quality, safety, security, finance, and material procurement, ensuring that all company operations are regulated and lawful. Technically, the company possesses a full set of standards and norms suitable for fire protection engineering design and construction, ensuring each procedure has corresponding operating procedures, guaranteeing installation quality and improving work efficiency. Regarding business premises and offices, the company currently owns over ten thousand square meters of offices, warehouses, and other business premises, has over a hundred specialized vehicles, and is fully equipped with modern office equipment, meeting the conditions for modern office and construction work.

The company has one of the earliest professional maintenance centers in Shandong Province and even nationwide, responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of projects constructed by our company and other fire protection and security projects. There are 27 professional maintenance personnel, including 12 senior and intermediate technical staff, equipped with specialized testing instruments and vehicles, providing first-class service to users. It is one of the earliest enterprises in Shandong Province to implement standardized maintenance services in the same industry, has been praised multiple times by relevant provincial and municipal departments, and has been rated as an excellent fire protection facility maintenance enterprise in Dezhou City for several consecutive years. The company has achieved good economic and social benefits nationwide.

Over the past eight years, our company's strength has continuously grown, and it has now become one of the largest, financially strong, and technically powerful professional fire protection design and construction enterprises in Shandong Province.
